Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Returns are accepted by mail only.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

  • Shipping address

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request has been approved, we'll provide return instructions, including the return address.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.


Return Shipping Costs

If you changed your mind

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

GameLegacy will cover all applicable return shipping costs and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or full refund.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

All refunds are processed in USD ($).


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used or opened products

  • Gift cards

  • Store credit purchases

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period.

  • For preference-based exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable shipping charges for the replacement item.

  • If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, GameLegacy will cover all shipping costs.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after it has been approved:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

For this reason, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to help if your order has not yet entered processing.
